Research Paper- start of research

I’m going to focus on Clairol advertisements for my research paper. To narrow my research even more, I’m going to focus on hair products (Herbal Essences) because they are very widely marketed. My reasoning is explained in previous blog!

    argument: something as nonsexual as shampoo is being advertised in a sexual manner by companies such as herbal essences

    I think her argument is over shampoos and how advertising for a simple hair product uses sexual innuendo for herbal essence commercials, where they say “OH YES YES YES” in the shower. She is trying to argue how commercials for shampoo have changed since the past where they were simply selling the product now where buying this product is because it will make you sexier and feel better in the shower! :)
